Unlike carbon-based discs currently used in most racing cars’ braking systems, CFRC composite brakes have good cold friction properties, allowing them to perform at their most efficient from the outset.

Surface Transforms plc’s CFRC products, branded SystemST, have been developed and tested using the company’s in-house full-scale, computer-controlled brake test dynamometer, in addition to full on-car track testing.
